We are an independent M&A advisory, not a corporate finance broker and not a Big 4 practice. Where we help
Technology and digital due diligence. Before you commit, you need an honest view of what you are buying: the state of the technology estate, the real cost of its technical debt, cyber and data exposure, key-person risk, and whether the systems can carry the growth plan the investment case assumes. We give you a clear, board-ready assessment and a costed remediation view, not a checklist.
Operational due diligence. Beyond the technology, we assess whether the target's operating model, processes and change capability can deliver the synergies underwriting the deal. This is where optimistic value cases quietly unravel, and where early honesty protects the return.
Post-merger integration. The highest-risk, highest-value phase. We plan and run the integration of systems, processes and teams to a clear 100-day and beyond roadmap, protecting day-one continuity while removing duplication and realising synergies. Our Embedded Change Model builds the integration into your people so it sticks rather than reversing the moment the advisers leave.
Carve-outs and separations. For divestments and take-privates, we manage the disentanglement of shared systems and services so the separated business stands on its own cleanly and on time.
Value creation after the deal. For PE-backed businesses, we translate the investment thesis into a delivered operational and technology plan, working alongside management to turn the model into realised value ahead of exit.
Why independent
The Big 4 will sell you the diligence, the integration and the assurance, then mark their own homework. We do not. As an independent adviser we have no audit relationship to protect and no incentive to inflate scope. You get a straight answer about the deal in front of you, from people who have run these programmes rather than only advised on them, and you get senior attention throughout rather than a partner at the pitch and a junior team thereafter.
